Jamie is a Head Chef of a restaurant.  He talks about teamwork and the importance of working together.  He also talks about what it is like to run a business and contemporary issues like sustainability and veganism.  He demonstrates how creativity and history and art are important in his role. He also demonstrates some basics like how to boil an egg!
